Bad behaviour off paying out
I send money to a good friend in Takoradi by Worldremit. Allthough all the information was send correctly by Worldremit to ur bank, the transaction nr. was correct,she showed u a correct id, u refused to pay out the money.First u denied u got an email from World Remit with the transaction nr. Had to call World remit. Few days later u got the email again, but again she got a lot off trouble to get payed out the money. Even she was asked about her privite situation with me in and a lot more not descent questions. Even u asked her to write a letter how she knows me and what kind off relationship we had etc. Was really upset to hear abt this bad behaviour off ur employees.Called World remit to about this all and asked them to investigate this all.They told me to investigate this case and get in contact with u. Once again my friend was humiliated a lot. And also me.. Pls check this and send me and my frien at least apollygises.
