It is very difficult dealing with the communication Chanel via Minerals Commission. We as buyers for products in Ghana need a open realation with a Governmental Institute like the Mineral Commission. But inquiries are never answered. The fiasco with PMMC will repeat itself if we as businessmen can not relay on the policing of prosesse in Ghana. The reason we approach the Mineral Commission is to vet the sellers AND licenced exporters to ensure the legality of transactions. For that we really need feedback to ensure investments into Ghana's future. The answer that you get thousands of enquiries per day to attention to should be a motivation that there are still trust in the Ghana economy - but for us to keep going we need your assistance .... Please.
How much is the cost of a cocoa tree if in the process of mining is destroyed by a Small Scale Miner?

Is it advisable for a big mining firm to lease its equipment's to small scale miners?
I have a Metallurgical business in Canada. We want to work with small scale miners, helping them with their mining and processes in turn we would like to purchase their gold for refining in Canada.

Because of all the scams. could you please let me know what is required legally to export gold from Ghana to Canada?

Your time and support is highly appreciated

Sincerely,
