Ga Rural Bank Ltd.-Taifa Branch - Accra, Ghana

My Wife went to collect my money sent to her via Western Union and she was refused this payment having been told the payment had already been withdrawn. how could that have happened. Only my Wife and I had these Western Union Codes. So why have you paid out this money to a Third Party.??
and why did your female Cashier refuse to let my Wife see the Manager when requested.??
Plus your cashier was told to ring Western Union Support line only to be told..."we don't have there phone number".!!! ??
I need answers and for you to provide evidence of this third party i.e. name etc.
Plus what are you going to do about the money.? I want my money and your Bank needs to provide this money.
This matter has been reported to the British Police.
I await your reply and when can I collect my Money.
