Norsaac is a gender based advocacy organization working to promote the equality of women in Ghana. The organization has been recognized on regional and national levels for its efforts on promoting women participation in governance and promoting reproductive health activities using various advocacy strategies and participatory methods.

Among the strategies to be used will be the following:
• Restructure the organisation to reflect growth.
• Develop robust but simple to use Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework
• Improve financial management and accounting systems
• Develop Human Resources Management system/manual
• Develop a Fundraising strategy and develop skills of staff to deliver it
• Reconstitute Board and develop appropriate guidelines for it
• Develop a branding strategy to support effective operations of the organization.
