Green Gold Farms is committed to helping smallholder farmers gain financial stability through its outgrower scheme. This plan involves educating farmers on regenerative agriculture and providing them with access to larger plots of land, as well as the necessary inputs and mechanization. Ultimately, the company plans to transition its main production to these smallholder farmers and move up the value chain to processing and, eventually, manufacturing.
