What We Do:

Dots Properties management service takes the day-to-day running of a property out of the landlord’s hands. As part of this service we will:

Advertise and market property
Prepare Tenancy Agreement and Negotiations
Co-ordinate signing and maintaining records
Conduct tenants check-in
Check-in Inventory
Collect rent, security deposit and Service Charge
Hold Security Deposit
Main point of contact for the tenant
Arrange repairs and maintenance
Key holding service
Undertake one/two property visits each year
Take legal action on the landlord’s behalf, (in the rare event that this is necessary)
Organise a professional cleaning of the property at the end of a tenancy
