My package was delivered to me on time . But I want the company change the agent called me Emmanuel . Because that agent Delayed the delivery of my package until I called the main office number for help

Express post Ghana doesn't exist in Ghana.They are scammers .Don't be a victim please. They are just using dubious means to get quick money from the ordinary Ghanaian.

Well a lady with the name Lauren Morrison tried to scam me. She said she's sending me laptops, iPhones 11 pro and xs max. She told me she's from USA, Atalanta and a pilot. She'll be sending the goods through EXPRESS Delivery Services. Guess what? I was called by a man from the company that he has received the goods so I should send money to him. My instinct told me that I was being scammed but I played it cool. Becareful guys. It's all fake. She told me she has put 1500 dollars in one of the boxes, she even sent me a video of her in EXPRESS DELIVERY post about to send the goods, made a fake receipt with my name on it too!!! Fellow friends, we're in a modern era, adapt to modern changes and fallacies. She video called me,we chatted but still it's all a lie. Shine your eyes. I asked the man if I could send him half of the money or come to Accra but he said "NO". I told him to go fuck himself. The lady then told me that she has lost trust in me, I should send them the money and give her the serial number, I told her that she scammed the wrong person, I'm not that gullible as I seem. Colleagues, be WISE AND EXTRA CAREFUL OUT THERE. I've a picture of her down there.

I want to something first,is it right for express post to open someone package or items before calling the owner,that's not right, this is bad customer service

I want to know if this company is real or scammers because I called the office yesterday and they said I should give them reference number and I did he said to me my items are in n ready for delivery and I was wondering but this lady said she just sent them so bigining to get it that is a scam bicox she is forcing me to pay ryt after I'm called so please I will never sent money without knowing the truth

I can't believe a service of a special van that can expire without a service. I don't trust this people. I have a package with this people but they are extortion money from me with a number ********. Do I have to pay for clearance fee of my package sent from overseas before a serial code is generated for me to send to the sender before my package can be brought to me?

They have scammed me an amount of 170 dollars saying I have to pay it as a clearance fee before they will deliver my item.i paid the amount and later they said they have found money inside I said they should return the item and pay me back my clearance fee they are not answering my calls anymore.am not going to spare them I will start killing them one by one if they don't want to return my money.
