i would like to thank dr.mark matthew and jaime whom stayed pass working hours on friday july 30, 2021 to make sure my needs were met. I was in need of a prescription but my dr. was on vacation. These two individuals went above and beyond by putting my needs ahead of there own by working pass 5pm to make sure I didn't have to spend a weekend being uncomfortable. I appreciate everything they did and they truely put the patient first.

I went in because I have bronchitis and was afraid it may have developed into pneumonia. It didn't but the issue I have is that I have pain in the upper abdominal area which the main cause is pancreatitis. I was never tested for that nor did they care. They just wanted me in and out because the only patients they care about are the critical patients and everyone else is just a bother to them. I don't believe you will get the care that is needed unless you are listed as critical. I really hope all the people who are there get treated better than I was. Especially when you see the Dr one time and not again while your there. They keep saying that hospital is number one and they are not in my opinion. If I do get pneumonia I'm not sure who I would trust with my care. I may just have to try to fight it on my own with no medical intervention.
