Very bad customer service
I called to enquire about your services and whoever picked the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t have time and patience to listen to what ever I was asking and he just hanged up just because I called from Kumasi and the school is in Accra. Unknowing to him I was moving to Accra to following week. I called back few seconds and he refused to pick up. I don’t know if that’s how you treat your clients.

Best Instructors
I came for polishing at Best Brain because though i knew how to drive, i was always scared of the main road. But after my 6 weekend classes, I was good to go and passed my DVLA test. I will always recommend them.
