Gold Spear Ventures Limited is a pure precious minerals’ mining, buying, selling and export company with its head Office located in Adum, Kumasi, Ghana.

It operates a business organization comprising two (2) small-scale mining sites and three (3) gold buying offices in former Gold Coast now Ghana.

Gold Spear Ventures venture has mining concessions in two of the major gold producing regions of Ghana, namely; Ashanti, and Western region.

Gold Spear Ventures venture is a sole proprietorship registered and operating under the 1962 (No. 151) act with the Registrar Generals Department (RGD) of Ghana.
