Property zone Ghana is a real estate agency registered in Ghana as a sole proprietorship with the Business Registration Number “BN-52,817D” at the Registrar General Department (RGD) of Ghana in the year 2009. The company has been assisting its Cherished customers to acquire genuine and affordable properties since 2009. Starting in a very small way, our focus is to satisfy the demands the few customers we have. Whiles doing this, we have been making a lot of research in the industry market when it comes to buying and renting of houses. We notice that the demand for real estates in Ghana is increasingly growing year by year high but the industry have lost focus in terms of what is really needed in the market. The industry is not able to feed the middle and the low
The company is also planning to develop a very affordable housing for the middle and the low income earners. With as low as GHC80 one can buy a house from Property zone. Our upcoming site is located at oyarifa. We also are planning to build the same type of affordable house in all the regional capitals so people can purchase with very flexible terms of payment.

Property Management is our main area of business where property owners will entrust their properties into our care so as to rent, lease or sell. We also do more of Vacation rentals. This is where we find furnished houses for people on short term basses
Property Investment plan is a new Product we are introducing into the market. We all know that for someone to get a mortgage in Ghana, He/she must make a deposit of 20% of the price of the house. That 20% is what people are having challenges to come up with and that is why we designed this plan. This plan will allow people to pay an amount of money on a monthly basses that will come with a yearly interest of at least 10%. The money will grow within a period of time let’s say 3 to 10 years, depending on how much the person is paying. When the person hits the targeted amounts then we just go ahead get the mortgage for him/her, see through the whole process till the person gets a house. There are no risk involve, it’s a free entry and free exist.
Real estate Development: - We are planning to build affordable houses to suit the budget of many low and middle income earners. We are going to build house and apartment within the budget of $25,000 to $70,000, One bedroom to three bedrooms of different varieties in all regional capitals starting from Accra- Oyarifa. We believe that while we start the PIP, within one year some of our houses will be ready for our PIP customers to purchase.
Listing /content Management is something we have started some two years back. We have signed a contract with verse innovations international an affiliate to airtel Ghana, to be a content provider for airtel classifies. Airtel classifies is a mobile platform where people advertise their properties to make them available for mobile subscribers all over the country.
