OUR PHILOSOPHY (ARCHERY)

We adapt principles used in archery and apply it in a business environment. Businesses are similar to archers, they require discipline, consistency and clarity of vision to be leaders in their field.

There are three (3) core areas that our team address for our clients which are FOCUS, FORM and CORRECTION.

A. Focus:

We support our clients in being clear on their strategic goals for the short term and the long term by using effective planning and facilitation tools. We also focus on the key areas that would create the biggest result for our clients. Similarly, archers will focus on their target no matter what distractions come their way.

B. FORM:

Consistency in producing and delivering a product is a key indicator of a well run business, as the efficiency and quality of the company’s processes would translate to fewer rejects and customer complaints.

In archery, this is where an archer is able to shoot his arrows in very close grouping to each other and the delivery of his arrow (product) has very little variations.

C. CORRECTION:

Even a highly efficient and effective process has room for improvements. Continuous advancement and improvements are needed today to stay ahead of the competition. We believe that correction is one of the most important keys for business success. Just as archery, a business that does not improve will eventually be overtaken even by the slowest competitor.
