enhance the data collection processes. We use the availability of smartphones and android enabled smart applications for data collection. This makes the data collection fast and easy as our staff on the ground are able to transmit survey data directly to the office via their mobile phones. With the aid of internet based management tools, surveys are designed and distributed to our field staff on the platform and they are able to receive the questionnaires through their phones wherever they are simultaneously. This eliminates the printing of hard copy questionnaires and transporting cost. Also with the aid of Maps and dashboards, we able to show survey results online and monitory data collection process remotely.
