Ghana Hope City - Accra

HOPE City Limited (HCL) is the developer of the Hope City project which is a new city located within easy reach of the industrial city of Tema, the Central Business District of Accra and the proposed new Accra international airport.

Launched in March 2013, Hope City is acronym for Home, Office, People and Environment. It is a multi-phased development providing a complete gambit of office, light industrial, residential, hospitality and institutional accommodation primarily geared towards Ghana’s emerging and developing IT market. This multi-purpose development is the most ambitious scheme proposed for Ghana and Africa. The $10 billion Dollar project will cover a land space of 970 acres in Prampram. Headquartered in the WTC building in Accra with global offices in Dubai, HCL is under the leadership of Christopher Sims FRICS ACIArb, who has over thirty years of diverse and significant experience in leading property & hospitality development, investment and business development in the UK, UAE, Europe and Asia with many of the world’s major blue chip companies at C level. In this regard, work is now under way to deliver the project in four phases with phase 1 currently forecast to be on site in early 2015.
