My construction company was having difficulty with handling labour issues. Someone recommended Jobhouse company to us. They came in and handled the task with relative ease to our surprise. No strike, no tool-downs.
We had to pay management fees each month on the total workforce which as over 120 but the overall gain was great.

The best agency ever.They really have time for their clients and be assured to get a job that meets your c.v

Better late than never as the saying goes. Now my review or assessment for that matter of your services goes like this :
Fantastic interview structure even though the last and final interview schedule was dogged with unco-ordinated dates (in respect of DCC position). But this certainly is not a huge minus. There is certainly room for more innovative improvement. Demeanor and overall conduct of staff of jobhouse in my opinion is excellent.

The Agency's exhibits professionalism, fairness at all levels. In fact, i felt i was just with colleague staffs during the period from the screening exercise through to the final interview for the various positions in SADA.In my view JobHouse is one of the best recruitment agencies in the country. As a matter of fact, i didn't believe in recruitment agencies until i encountered JobHouse and i must say that i was impressed.Please keep it up with the good work you are doing.

Jobhouse was prompt in giving information ahead of time (about a week) concerning my invitation. this was helpful in enabling me prepare adequately for the interviews. However, in situations where initial interview dates were subsequently postponed, the re-scheduling was communicated rather very late. The information for the re-scheduling of the final interview at the SADA offices in Tamale for instance came in less that 24hours to the proposed date and time.

There was no communication on logistic arrangements by Job House or SADA throughout the invitation process. it is important that such information be provided to invited applicants to help the applicants own organization and logistics planning prior to the interview. This is more important, especially in the second interview in Tamale where I had to travel from Accra to Tamale on the morning f the interview. whether such arrangements have been made or budgeted for or not, this should be communicated to candidates as part of the invitation.

it is also important to schedule the shortlisted candidates for different times of the day. In the second and final interview in Tamale for instance, I had to wait for almost five (5) hours before it got to my turn. I think that such long wait could affect the performance of candidates.

I am very much pleased with the way your reputable recruitment agency handled the recruitment of the Regional Coordinator, Upper West Region, SADA. Your agency kept on with updates on the dates for the interviews and especially the reminders that came in for the final date. I am pleased with the services in Accra and that of Tamale as well. I am aware the challenges your agency face was as a result from SADA and not directed to you. Applicants who were schedule for the 1st of September 2015 who arrived in Tamale had to be rescheduled for 9th September, 2015 which I think it was a communication lapse on the part of SADA management or something urgent had crop in.
From my own view I was satisfied with your services and there recommend JobHouse Recruitment Agency to any organization be it International or national to use them for they are reliable, dedicated, committed and deliver their goals to the satisfaction of their clients.
It is my hope that your agency will grow from better to the best.

N:B I would be pleased if you could give me guidelines on the Exams we were to write using the Excel spread sheet so that I would be abreast of time for any interview.
