Vodafone Ghana has the lousiest customer service I have ever experienced and their network is constantly out of order or running very inconsistently.
We have had Vodafone for more than 2 years in our household, and there have been a cascade of problems with their so-called 'service'. We have to troubleshoot our router weekly; the line is down all the time; and when our unstable and defective router finally gave up a few days ago, even though it was plugged into both a voltage regulator and a universal power supply, they wanted US to pay for a new one, since their ridiculously short warranty on their own products had expired after only 6 months.
We constantly have to go all the way to their shop when we occur these problems and spend HOURS reasoning with them to have our problems fixed.
IF you can find anything else, DON'T go for Vodafone. They are outright rude and acting very unjust based on their monopoly in many places in Ghana. The only reason why I have kept up with their nonsense for this long, is simply because there are no other providers in our neighborhood.
Also, their prices are sky high, such as 180 cedi (2013 prices) per month for a 1.5mbit connection that doesn't work haft of the time. Ridiculous. Rip-off.
