How much does it cost to wash the ear

I was slapped many many years ago. Blood came out of the ear for a while and stopped coming. I occasionally feel pains in the ear. Fluid is now coming out of the ear. I feel very uncomfortable. What could be problem in the ear?

I like watching tv series all day and I usually use earpiece. And lately I have realised that it is like something has blocked my ears and my capacity to hear has reduced. Do I need medical attention or it will be come normal again?
