Please I was at your Cantonments Customer service outlet to have my contact no. reactivate since Friday but yet to receive any call or email from the Rep.

I was told the system was slow but I would be contacted to finalise the process.

I tried to port my number yesterday. I have not received an email to confirm the process yet. What do I do?
