Please I was using Vodafone number and my phone got lost in a bus b4 de lockdown but I have a new phone and I want to use Vodafone number again but I want same number I was using. So plz wat should I do

I try recharging my voda number this morning 7/09/19 but message received that I can't recharge,what's the problem ? I need to make a call now.My number: ********
