BRIEF HISTORY
In the early part of 1993, the Chief, Elders and people of Ejura released Two hundred and sixty two (262) acres of land to the Ejura Anglican Church for the establishment of a Secondary School in the community.

In September 1973, the school Ejuraman Anglican Secondary was established with twenty students and Mr. Prempong as the Headmaster. As a result of some teething problem the school collapsed after some few months. It was revived in 1976 with forty-five (45) students and Rev. Fr. Okoh as the Headmaster. For second time due to administrative and financial problems the school collapsed again.

The introduction of the Educational Reform Programme in 1987, saw the school being re-estblished in January 1991 with a students populations of twenty-eight, three National  
Show more Service Personel, eighteen non-teaching staff and Mr. Collins E.Badu as the Headmaster.
As a result of the admission of new students into SSS1 in 1993, the then school site become in adequate so it was necessary for the school to move to its present site. This was done with permission of the District Chief Executive (Hon. Peter Boakye-Asah) since the building at the new site had not been officially commissioned.
The school was officially commissioned on 12th may, 1993 by the minister of Education Hon.Harry Sawyer,under the patronage of the Ag. District Chief Executive (MP) of the Ejura-Sekyeredumase District Assemby.
In 2004, the school was renamed "Ejuraman Anglican Secondary School" after the board of Governors request in renaming the school was approved by the Ghana Education Service.

VISION:
To empower Ghanaian with education to make them useful citizens in the country and be responsible to their families.

OUR MISSION:
1. To provide a sound and excellent Secondary Education together with moral and religious training for boys and girls.
2. To provide holistic and quality Secondary School Education aimed at equipping students with tools.
3. To inculcate in students the appreciation and practice of moral uprightness and gospel values.
4. To provide a school environment and experiences which will import sound psychological balance and respect for social/cultural imperatives.

SCHOOL CREST AND MOTTO
The School Crest consist of a shield which portrays four (4) symbols; Mitre, Cross, Book and Maize.
1. The Mitre and Cross: represents the Anglican Church
2. The Book: the idea of the book or the image of the book is a symbol of learning or transmitting knowledge.
3. The maize: the maize depicts the community representing the strength from agriculture and harnessing of the resources that grows out of Ejura soil

This simply means putting to use or transmitting the knowledge gained in the school by studying or being taught through experience or skill.
