Terrible Service and Customer Relations
It's been 8 months since I payed the processing fee for the installation of a new meter and was told I'd be called. A service rep by the name of Augustus was eventually assigned to my case after 6 months who turned out to be very rude and argumentative. He finally stated the installation would be done within the week. It's been two months since and I am now inclined to believe the collection of the processing fee is done to take money with no intention of providing the required services.
