Your delivery man arrived at the doorstep of my apartment at 11 am, rang the bell and I came out to collect my parcel.
He asked my of name and my residential address which I provided.
I showed him the text message which DHL sent to my cell phone to him.
Yet yet your delivery man was unsure as to my being the addressee!!

Annoyed I had to go get my passport as an ID!!
What!!!!!
Is that how they are trained to work??

Gosh am disappointed and dissatisfied with your service today!!
