Brilliant customer service from daniel - came straight away on a Sunday, clearly explained why the machine wasn’t fixable, and gave great advice about a replacement. He offered to install the new one himself to give me value for the call out fee, and came back as soon as it was delivered for no extra cost. Very friendly, competent and reliable!! Would definitely recommend"
