Review poor customer relations on phone

I recently contacted them on phone, finding them on ghanayello.com, and their sales rep (the lady) on their page picked up the call, unfortunately she was very rude with the way she spoke. I am not sure other reps in the company are like that. But her attitude on phone is something that the company's management has to do something about.
