Review Supply System

I have placed order on Monday, 18th May. I was told my order will be ready by Friday; I waited till I was told it will be on Saturday. Calling them after a long wait, I was told it will be Monday; today. I am based in Ga-South, not far from the production plant. My problem is their inconsistency. May I know how long it should take for a delivery after payment is made and where product cannot be delivered even if all requirements are met.
