Review Incompetence in dealings

I sorted to make a biometric birth certificate after a long and stressful time of waiting the certificate came and it had a mistake with my date of birth.

My dad wanted to make a new certificate since his old sheet was worn out so I added mine to his.
After another long time of waiting, his certificate came back with the names spelt wrong.
When I went to the office at Tema to tell them the National Service Personnel there told me “ I am just a National Service Personnel, my duty is to take your document” .
What Country are we living? You give someone a document with false information and when the person gets into trouble the person who signed the document is not held responsible but the person using the document.
Let’s be wise and up to task on all these mistakes.
