Review Urgent response

Hello i believe this will get to the management of Aaramex company here in Ghana....My name is Marianne i live in Washington. I have a package send to your office in New York Springfeld...these package were suppose to get to my family in Ghana but for the past two weeks it has been held for no reason's ...I can kindly have my package send back to me since you guys have cause me such a disappointment...I need an urgent Answer. i wouldn't like to inform the local Police about this Scam.
