I have NEVER had any transaction with your company and yet to come to terms with how you got to indicate you’ve granted me a facility and after I delayed in repayment you’ve written it off and kept that error information on the credit bureau database. Please ensure you correct that MISTAKE. Take this as notice to cancel the error
