Review Never Again!

This lady must be insane, could you just imagine that she refused to pay for lighting service of $200 dollars but paid $30 dollars for lighting service for her birthday dinner event.
She never paid the amount she was charged and she is here accusing of us.

Upon reviewing my review, the "CEO" of this company
called me to aplogize for the service that was given
but then he also called to make threats!!! Arguing for over an hour with me on the phone..he threatened to get me arrested "i know where you live"
if i did not remove my review from Google for
"blackmailing" when it's my honest review! He also
said he has my pictures and he's going to post them
and also write bad things about me if i don't do what
he wants so i can see how it feels to have things written about me thats negative.

AGAIN...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR
ANYTHING!!!! NOT ONLY WILL THEY WASTE YOUR
MONEY BUT THEY WILL BULLY YOU TOO AFTER IF
YOU GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK!!!

It’s very sad to address a customer in this manner. Simply means you’re not a well composed vendor. What happened to the customer is always right? Instead of you to deal with her personally and try and sort issues out you decide to come out here and call her insane. She brought 90% of the decorations from the US and then is made to pay Ghc1800 for what exactly? She brought the table runner, the cutlery, the charger plates and the plates. I personally called Vida to try and work with her because both parties were frustrated. She didn’t call back and went ahead to do exactly the opposite. Instead of you a supposed manager to deal with your employee you’re coming out to vent out on the customer? You must be joking. No proper vendor deals in such an argument with a customer and you go further, very much unprofessionally to threaten her that you would call the cops if she doesn’t take the review down? Do you know what a review is? Because of this, we’re going to make sure we take this higher because this is exasperating and amateurish.

Thank you for making yourself look foolish for the internet. Every amount that i was charged for was paid! I had a dinner for 20 guests in a house compound.. why would i need lighting for $200 when there is already plenty of lights around the area ? Your service before and after is very poor and i will make sure people know the truth about your company and service! As i said before the money isn't nothing to me.. i was looking for the WORK.. $350 was paid to you and i did not see the the work!! I will bot talk plenty though... i can just post the "work" you did and have instragram and Facebook judge for matter
