PROBLEMS/CHALLENGES BEING FACED BY THE ESTATE DEPARTMENT(GRID CO)
inadequate staff,small office space & bureaucracy
RECOMMENDATIONS
1)more officers should be employed to relieve the numerous workload on the officers available as that will increase productivity and enable staff work effectively.
2)the real estate section should be upgraded into a department so as to reduce the level of bureaucracy in the section.this is very important because the comfort and safety of all GRIDCo staff members rests on the estate management section
3)the section should take more initiatives to obtain a larger office space for wok to be carried out comfortably and successfully. THANK YOU
