Review Customer service is terrible

Takes an hour to get food ready, this is the third time this is happening to me. And to very bad. I order food they tell me 15 mins then it takes more than An hour. I mean if this is supposed to be a fast food then they should be at least be fast in what they do fr Christ sake. This is good we talking bout
