Poor Network service
No doubt Airtel on it's own was an excellent network,used it for 3 years without a problem. After the merger with Tigo,it's the worse network now. Data service is really bad, downloading a 5 kb pix on WhatsApp takes forever. Called customer care they said they'll get back to me, it's been more than a week and counting. I won't even talk about making calls. Was hoping for better with the merger but am left disappointed, I miss my Airtel service. AirtelTigo should do well and give feedbacks when there is a problem or break in service,it shows you value and respect your clients. Am sure people will start switching soon, AirtelTigo please be the difference.
