Review LACK OF FUNDS

I have been to your branch at Nkawkaw branch several times to withdraw my fixed deposit that has matured but all the staff keep telling me is that there is no funds. Must my brother's education cease because I saved with First Allied. Please you guys must do something about this. Why must people suffer when they have saved for emergency situations.
