Customer service very poor
On the 30th of July 2018, I loaded 20ghana for what was listed as big bundle for internet. Within 9 minutes I received notification that I have 20percent of the bondle left. No browsing or automatic download done. Called customer service, I was notified that they do see the deduction but no boundle activated. For the past 48hrs. I have been calling and I get the run around for the past 48hrs. No refund and not boundle. Now when I call customer service they just hung up the call. Horrible service, I tend to use it for internet but will obtain Vodafone as I cannot conduct my business
