Review Beautiful space, terrible maintenance

The single houses and apartments are beautiful and modern. The prefurnished places have nice finishing. However, there are many needed repairs, even upon moving in. Things like drains not draining, electric lines not working, hardware faulty and falling apart, alliances not working, and half completed and unskilled laborers. The complex staff are not timely about repairs and rarely get anything completed in one trip. They do not know what they are doing. It looks great on the outside, but it is a ticking time bomb for repairs, with unprofessional behavior and communication as well as lack of communication. Stay away.
