Review of Universal Aqua Ghana Ltd

You people need to work on your timing, I was kept waiting for too long before I was attended to, called the manager Joseph multiple times. Joseph always picks his calls, but some of his workers most especially the project manager, that guy will never pick unless you spoke with his boss. Generally, service delivery was good, professional work done and my water is in good quality. I would have giving you 5 stars but your project manager pissed me off enough for not picking my calls, so you can look into his matter. Thanks, good work though.
