I am registering a complaint relating to the Manager Accra Airport. On February 22, there was delayed flight from Accra to Ouagadougou and despite pleas by passengers to seek an explanation from the manager on what was happening, he adamantly refused to talk to us. While we understand operational difficulties airlines face in the region, it's incumbent upon managers to be transparent to passengers by keeping them updated. In this case the manager blatantly refused to talk to us, we were left in total darkness with no idea whether the flight was coming until 1:03 am when it landed.
Could I suggest you give your manager some basic training on customer care in order to improve the image of Air Burkina as you celebrate 50 years of existence.
