I paid for a package to be shipped. Why do they have to pay the bill again???? I shipped it in a flat rate box so I wouldn't have this problem. What is the phone number. Then you just go through what I sent. Who has my things???

Kristy , I know what you are talking about . I shipped my wife a package that I paid $131.00 to ship it to her . Now it weighed 7 pounds 2ozs , when she went to pick it up they want $500.00 from her to get to package . and she had to paid it to get it .Ridiculous you ars being robbed with out a gun . something needs to be done but what the post master will not even talk to you . I'm in same shoes you are . Mike
