I am highly disappointed in you people. Almost all those who took loans from you are complaining bitterly, yet you don't care.
You keep on making unauthorised deductions from our salaries at CAGD every month when your customers have paid every bit of them loans.
I for instance a loan that I finished paying even last November, 2014 you are still making unauthorised deductions from my salary every month at CAGD.
Most stupid act of your service is that it takes 3 weeks every month before you refund theatre money into my account.
Most annoying attitude of your service is the way your staff feel unconcerned about clients' complaints, especially at their Techiman Branch.
You are they most stupid institution in Ghana. Most useless savings and loans institution in Ghana. I think you the most confused staff perhaps management in Ghana. I believe you employ the cheapest staff in Ghana. In fact, I need to look for words to actually best describe your service.
