Bunch of thieves... Don't waste your time, energy and money. They will lure you in and drain all money. With very rude and somewhat ignorant representatives.

First they will promise you low cost for land and encourage you to pay it quickly. Then after you have paid, you will never see the land you have paid for.. they keep assuring you the land will be allocated but you never see it.. After following them forever, they will verbally show you a plot claiming that is allocated to you but good luck getting formal documentation from them to show that.
Their policy is that they have to be in charge of putting up the building and hence you are stuck with whatever price they ask for putting up the building even if there are better alternatives for you.

When you are fed up and want your money back they will strike you with fees and penalty fines.

Honestly this is such a terrible company that I cannot believe they are still operating. I would stay very far away if I were you. And I would give them negative stars if I could.

If you don't believe me try searching for a website for them. They don't have any website to provide information and their rude representatives rarely pick phone calls. Also check their page on facebook. You will see how many people are frustrated with them. You have people asking questions as far back as 2 years ago and no one responds.
