What I like most is that you are always available, friendly and very helpful. You surpassed my expectations when Chris' PA's workstation gave problems and Windows had to be re-installed. You assisted us after hours and it was great to know that we could count on you when we experienced a crisis. We never have to worry if the server will be up and running in the morning and you pro-actively alert us on our bandwidth usage.
