A reputable architecture and construction company with its office at Accra is looking to hire a Real Estate Officer to lead and manage the day-to-day real property leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management functions.  Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee interactions with clients, tenants, landlords, brokers, and property managers.  The successful candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, creative, and possess amazing problem-solving skills. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day property leasing activities and property management functions for Molders on behalf of its clients; oversee, coordinate, and directly administer real estate activities.
  • Interfaces with clients to assess space requirements, site and property selection, research and identify suitable space options, as well as conduct pre-screenings of spaces for inspection by the client.
  • Handle the marketing and sale of Molders properties.
  • Coordinate and schedule showings with landlords, brokers and property managers; oversees property management of multiple buildings including services contracts, maintenance, and repairs as appropriate for area of responsibility.
  • Negotiate, prepare and execute lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and other real property legal documents and ensuring compliance with lease documents, critical notification dates, and client needs.
  • Plan and manage property development, tenant improvements, and other associated projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the acquisition and disposition of Molder’s property, to include identifying client needs, assisting with site selection, performing market searches, preparing Letters of Intent, completing required due diligence, contract management and administration.
  • Develop and establish relevant policies and objectives consistent with those of the department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and manage property development, tenant improvement, and other associated projects, including highest and best use, land planning, infrastructure planning and design, and site development construction.

  • Education Required: First Degree

    Requirements
    • Degree in Real Estate Management.
    • 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    • Demonstrated knowledge in all components of property leasing, real estate management, and associate legal requirements.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish effective business relationships with staff and clients.
