Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to attract skilled employees, ensuring alignment with factory needs.
· Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity, focusing on industry-specific expertise.
· Workforce Management: Create and execute a comprehensive management plan tailored to factory operations, driving organizational growth.
· Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
· Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate HR records.
· Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems to recognize excellence and identify areas for improvement
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- · Proven HR management experience in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in a factory setting.· Strong understanding of recruitment, training, and workforce development in manufacturing environments.· Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives.· Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (Ghana-specific experience is a plus).
