Overview
Our client, a leading construction company in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Cashier to hire immediately.
Work Location: Shiashie, Greater Accra.
Project Duration: 2 years
Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 working days)
Role Summary: You’ll manage all monetary exchanges in the company. The cashier serves as a liaison between the client, the managerial staff and the employees. Auditing, processing and issuing Petty Cash. You’ll perform any additional duties assigned by Management and assist in other areas of Accounting as needed.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences- Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
- Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner
- Ability to operate computer and office equipment
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Experience in respective accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles and local regulations
