Job Summary
As a Sales Officer, you'll drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services to various industries. You'll also leverage your digital marketing and graphic design skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create engaging marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across various industries
· Digital Marketing:
o Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services
o Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with clients and candidates
o Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
· Graphic Design:
o Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
o Create engaging email templates and newsletters to promote our services
o Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all marketing materials
· Client Management:
o Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment requirements
o Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education: First Degree
