RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial statements and business plans to assess the creditworthiness of business loan applicants.
Develop and refine loan appraisal methodologies in line with industry standards and management objectives.
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain a past-due rate (PAR) of no more than 5%.
Identify risks and recommend strategies to minimize defaults and improve recovery rates.
Ensure loan portfolio diversification across sectors to reduce concentration risk.
Manage large exposures to ensure they do not exceed 20% of the total loan portfolio.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis of financial institution. Strong financial analysis and risk management skills.
