About the RoleThis dynamic role combines technical leadership and pre-sales responsibilities, making it ideal for an individual with a solid technical foundation and excellent client-facing skills. The successful candidate will be pivotal in designing and delivering innovative solutions while supporting our sales team with technical expertise.
Areas of Specialty
IT Systems and Network Engineering (CCNA/CCNP Certification, Windows Server, Linux)
Network Security (Experience with Fortinet, Sophos, PaloAlto, SonicWall, etc.)
Fortinet NSE Certifications (NSE 1, 2 & 3 Network Security Associate)
IP Telephony Solutions (Grandstream, Avaya, Yealink, etc.)
Computer Hardware and Systems Engineering
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the Technical team to design and deploy wired and wireless enterprise network infrastructures.
Configure and manage telephony and unified communication systems.
Implement and oversee network security solutions using advanced security tools.
Install and maintain IP surveillance (CCTV) systems.
Develop and manage intrusion prevention and access control systems.
Lead the implementation of call centre solutions.
Provide expertise in collaboration and conferencing tools, including audio-visual and public address systems.
Oversee structured cabling projects.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Professional certification in CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 1–3, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar network security solutions.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and IP telephony systems (Grandstream, Avaya, 3CX, etc.).
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control solutions.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage with clients during pre-sales phases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project execution.
