  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and supplier relationships to control costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to develop and enhance dining services.
  • Provide an exceptional dining experience tailored to guests' tastes and preferences.

    • Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant.
    • Strong knowledge of international cuisines with an emphasis on West African flavors.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage a dynamic kitchen team under pressure.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
    • Passion for creativity and continuous improvement in the kitchen.
