Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of AO Holdings Ltd referred to as (The Company).
Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, training, and conducting regular assessment of financial procedures.
Spearhead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow management.
Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization and prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization, understand, and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities and measure returns on investments.
Provide oversight as well as ensure 100% performance on receivables.
Ensure complete adoption of Microsoft Dynamics ERP for managing every aspect of the company’s finances.
Prepare and Review appraisals and KPIs in-line with the company’s business plan and provide on-going assessment for your team members.

Education: Masters Degree

- Masters Degree or its equivalent qualification with 5 to 10 years working experience in similar position.
