We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Front Line Advisors where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.

  • Education Required: DBS, HND, Degree

    Requirements
    • Strong communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
    • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Basic proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center, is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
